Livingston Police Department officers in Texas arrested 22-year-old William Rivera, who allegedly stole a vehicle from Calhoun County, after a lengthy police chase through Livingston. The San Jacinto County Sheriff’s Office alerted LPD of the stolen vehicle and said it was possibly headed into Livingston on State Highway 146. Despite multiple attempts by LPD officers to stop the vehicle, Rivera continued evading them. He was eventually taken into custody after a Taser was successfully deployed.
