Overturned trucks block Lincoln Tunnel routes snarling N.J. commute

Two overturned tractor-trailers disrupted the morning commute to the Lincoln Tunnel. The incidents occurred on the New Jersey Turnpike and Route 495 near North Bergen, causing 15-minute delays for NJ Transit buses to New York. The second overturned truck also caused significant disruption on the other side of the road.
