An Uber driver in Colorado, 29-year-old Javier Delgado-Cordoba, is accused of sexually assaulting an intoxicated passenger while driving from a bar and leaving her with her boyfriend, leaving them behind. The victim was later dropped off at a business in another city and later underwent a forensic examination. Delgado-CORDoba was identified through his Uber account, social media, and DNA evidence. He is being held on a cash-only bond and is scheduled to appear in court in May.
