The ceasefire agreement between the U.S., Israel and Iran has been reached, but tensions continue to persist in Lebanon where Israel and Hezbollah continue to launch strikes. Pakistan's prime minister announced that the short-term deal did include Lebanon, despite the two countries' insistence that it did not. Since early March, Hezbollah has reportedly fired at least 3,000 projectiles from southern Lebanon at Israel, and Israel reportedly struck over 3,500 targets in Lebanon. The conflict has resulted in 1,500 deaths in Lebanon and over a million displaced residents. Negotiations are set to take place between the United States and Iran in Pakistan, hosted by Pakistan.
