A Worcester man, Carlos Ketter, has been charged with fleeing police and throwing his gun while being pursued by them. Ketter was pulled over after failing to stop at a stop sign and driving recklessly down several streets, causing his car to hit two Worcester Police Department cruisers. Police found an object, later identified as a ghost gun without a serial number, and Ketter did not have a valid license to carry or an FID Card.
