Megan Crews, a mother from St. Petersburg, Missouri, has been charged with first-degree assault and armed criminal action for shooting a man in the arm outside a party on Feb. 28. The shooting occurred outside a home in the 1000 block of Crestwood Lane. The victim was shot in the upper right arm and sustained a broken humerus. Both women were not at the party at the time.
