Health department announces fifth vending machine location

The Lincoln-Lancaster County Health Department (LLCHD) has announced a fifth HealthToGo vending machine location in Lincoln. The machines offer health, hygiene and safety supplies at no cost. Since mid-January, nearly 3,400 products have been dispensed. The selection of products in HealthOnGo will be driven by the community's needs. Currently available items include Naloxone (Narcan), medication used to reverse the effects of an opioid overdose. The vending machines are funded by a $75,000 grant through the federal Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program.
