New Jersey-based real estate investment and management firm, Denholt, has completed a 73,429-square-foot industrial redevelopment in Bridgewater and secured its first tenant, DIGI America, a technology company that supplies equipment to major retailers. The building includes 36-foot clear ceilings, 12 tailboard docks, a drive-in door and LED lighting. The lease reflects the high demand for Class-A industrial space in the Somerset County market.
