The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art in Kansas City hosted the NATIVE AMERICAN CULTURAL FESTIVAL, a celebration of Native American culture. The festival, which has been held since 2010, featured a documentary show showing the impact of the event on the genre of American history. The event also included music, art demonstrations and educational activities highlighting tribal history and traditions. The main exhibit included a handmade teepee from Montana, which will remain for future shows.
