Several regions of South Jersey, including Burlington County and Camden, will be under a "Code Blue" state due to temperatures that are expected to hover around 31 degrees. The designation allows local agencies to organize shelter and warming sites for residents and those who are homeless. The alert was issued at 6 p.m. on Thursday and will be extended until 6 a.m., with Gloucester County starting at 9.11.
