Billionaire entrepreneur and billionaire businessman, Michael Isaacman, has made several ambitious but reasonable announcements for NASA, including a potential lunar mission and a potential nuclear mission. The updated plans come a week before NASA plans to launch astronauts around the moon and back for the first time since the Apollo program ended in 1972. Isaacman also announced an overhaul of the Artemis program, which will remain in orbit around Earth and launch a year earlier than planned and will focus on training astronauts for the docking of Orion, a capsule being developed by SpaceX and Blue Origin.
