RivCo Sheriff Running For CA Governor Seizes Ballots In Defiance Of CA Justice Department

Rivico County Sheriff Robert Bianco, running for the California governor, has been accused of politically motivated actions in an attempt to curry favor with the president and undermine public confidence in elections. California Attorney General Rob Bonta has filed a lawsuit against Bianco alleging that he initiated a "sweeping and unprecedented criminal investigation" into alleged discrepancies between the number of votes cast and the total counted. The UCLA Voting Rights Project has also requested that Bianco be prevented from recounting ballot materials from Proposition 50, which opponents argue is unfair and favors Democrats.
