Teen On E-Motorcycle Hits Man, 81, And Flees Scene In Orange County: OCSD

A teenager on an off-highway motorcycle hit an 81-year-old man, who is currently in critical condition, has been identified as the suspect. The incident occurred on April 16 in the area of Toledo Way and Ridge Route Drive. The suspect was identified through witness testimony and arrested after a search warrant was served at a nearby residence.
