Two men, David Rondon-Castro and Yeison Ramirez-Garcia, both of Queens, New York, have been charged with conspiracy to commit residential break-ins in Middlesex County. The alleged crimes targeted Indian and East Asian residents in Woburn, Wilmington, Burlington and North Reading. The suspects allegedly used GPS trackers on their vehicles, hidden cameras in their yards, and used Wi-Fi jammers to disable victims' security systems. The arrests were made after an investigation found that the same group was involved in similar incidents across the state.
