David J. Loosemore, 43, of New Haven, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, interfering with an officer, and disorderly conduct. Nathan Drew Quinn, 27, of East Haven, also charged with second-degree criminal mischief. Eric Kenneth Casner, 38, of North Haven, charged with criminal trespass and violation of a protective order. Akila Abdullah Shamsid-Deen, 23, of West Haven was also charged.
