German industrial orders rise 0.9% in February

German industrial orders rose less than expected in February, growing by 0.9% on a seasonally and calendar adjusted basis, according to the federal Statistics Office. When large-scale orders are excluded, new orders were 3.5% higher than the previous month. Foreign orders also increased by 4.7% on the month.
