Halide co-founder is suing former partner Sebastiaan de With for taking source code to Apple

The lawsuit alleges that former Lux Optics co-founder Sebastiaan de With was fired for financial misconduct after improperly using over $150,000 in corporate funds to pay for personal expenses. The lawsuit also alleges that de With took source code and confidential material with him when he joined Apple.
