A California man, Larry Candies, is accused of sexually assaulting a family member over the course of years. The victim's 13-year-old daughter reported that Candies had been molesting her since she was 11. Further investigation revealed that Candie had previously been accused of wrongdoing by Child Protective Services and Stockton Police Department. He was arrested and charged with eight counts of lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14. The sheriff's office believes there are additional victims who have not yet reported their abuse.
