Woman dies in Sacramento hit and run crash, police say

A woman was killed in a hit and run accident between two vehicles in the 1500th century, according to the Sacramento Police Department. The other vehicle fled the scene before police arrived. The woman's identity has not yet been disclosed. The incident is under investigation.
