Town harbour overhaul dream 'about to be realised'

The £15.6m redevelopment of Annan harbour in southern Scotland is set to begin with the appointment of a main contractor, Cubby Construction. The project will include a new maritime heritage centre, event space, leisure lagoon and cafe. The funds for the project have been secured from the Scottish government, the UK government's Levelling Up Fund, and the South of Scotland Enterprise.
