3 dead after suspected fentanyl exposure in rural Yamhill County

Three people have died in a rural area near Newberg, Oregon, after being exposed to the drug fentanyl, according to the Yamhill County Sheriff's Office. The victims were identified as individuals using drugs that tested positive for the substance. The sheriff's office is urging anyone with information about these deaths to contact them at the nearest hospital.
