Deputies arrest suspect accused of fatally shooting woman at southwest Miami-Dade gas station

A 27-year-old woman has been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting at a southwest Miami-Dade gas station. The incident occurred on March 1 at a Sunoco station and was witnessed by police. The suspect, identified as Angel Tatiana Heyward, is accused of discharging her gun twice during an argument and then accidentally shooting herself in the foot. Heyward is being held at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center and is facing a charge of manslaughter with a deadly weapon.
