Jordan Hicks, a former starter for the Giants, is returning to the bullpen for the White Sox this spring after a difficult season in San Francisco. Hicks was traded to Boston in June and then traded to the Red Sox for a player to be named later and a minor leaguer. He had 28 saves in five years for the Cardinals, and struck out 233 batters in 219.1 innings. Hicks expressed a desire to return to the role and is happy doing both. New White Sox centerfielder Luisangel Acuna is beginning to feel comfortable in his new environment and is looking forward to a successful spring training.
