Incumbent railroad commission chairman discusses energy dominance, protections as he seeks reelection

Republican Jim Wright, the chairman of the Railroad Commission of Texas, is seeking re-election and believes improvements can be made in energy dominance, conservations, and land protection. He started his career in the energy industry at the age of 19 and has since served in the oil and gas refining and utility industry.
