Franeek Cobb, one of the two mass shooting suspects in Cincinnati, admitted to opening fire on 500 to 600 people at a concert and party due to a "long-standing grudge" against a victim. Nine people were injured in the early morning shooting at Riverfront Live, a 16-and-up venue. Cobb, who was convicted of drug trafficking in 2020, was granted a high bond due to his criminal record. However, a Hamilton County Municipal Court judge set his bond at $50,000. Both suspects have criminal records that prevent them from legally having guns.
