Suspect, SWAT Officer identified in deadly police-involved shooting in Baltimore

The suspect and the officer involved in the deadly police shooting have been identified as 33-year-old Jonathan Ingram and 15-year veteran Brian Loiero. The incident occurred on March 10 when officers were called to a burglary and encountered gunfire from a suspect inside a home. The female victim escaped by jumping out a window, while another woman received non-life-threatening injuries. SWAT officers were dispatched and ultimately shot the suspect. The Independent Investigations Division is investigating the incident.
