Churchill Downs and Levy Restaurants have revealed the official menu for the 152nd Kentucky Derby, presented by Woodford Reserve. The event, set for May 2, combines tradition with contemporary style and incorporates modern elements into a menu that leans towards Louisville-inspired classics. The emphasis is on seasonal ingredients from local farms and well-known Derby flavors. The menu includes a selection of classic dishes, including a Pretzel board with whole grain mustard, pimento cheese and vanilla glaze, and Caprese sandwich with heirloom tomatoes and balsamic glaze. The scale of Derby dining will include over 100,000 guests served across 25+ dining rooms.
