Indian passenger accused of raping woman on flight to Australia

A 52-year-old Indian man, Sudhir Kumar Chahuan, has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman on a Scoot Airlines flight from Singapore to Perth. The victim alerted the flight crew and was moved to a different seat. Chahu has been charged with sexual intercourse without consent and multiple counts of indecency without consent. The suspect is currently being held in custody pending a bail hearing.
