Fox McCloud joins The Super Mario Galaxy Movie roster, intensifying Super Smash Bros. movie speculation

A poster for The Super Mario Galaxy Movie has revealed that Fox McCloud, the star of the Star Fox and Smash Bros. games, will appear in the film. This announcement has fueled speculation about the possibility of a feature film based on the game. McCloud made his debut in 1993 in Star Fox. He has since become a playable character in every edition of Super Smash Bros., although he has never appeared in a standalone game.
