Yankees plan to stay aggressive when it comes to ABS challenges

The Yankees, who used the automated ball-strike system more than any other team this spring, plan to stay aggressive in their approach towards challenges. The team won 54 challenges, winning 49 percent of them. Manager Aaron Boone has stated that he will not enforce any strict rules on who can challenge, but has encouraged his players to keep leverage in the moment. The Yankees will also receive instant feedback on their challenges during the season. Teams will have two challenges per game and retain them if successful. Some pitchers have said they do not plan on challenging due to their emotional stance and lack of view of pitch.
