Dodger Stadium adds UNIQLO Field to name in partnership with Japanese brand

Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles has added UNIQLO Field to its name in partnership with Japanese brand, marking the first major sports partnership in the United States. The announcement was made on the eve of Opening Day of the Dodgers' home ballpark, where the name has been officially recognized for 64 years. The new name will be displayed around the ballpark's baselines, inside of the seating bowl below the press box, and on a new sign above the batter's eye. The company also plans to host an event later in the season featuring a giveaway of items from its LifeWear collection and dedicates sections of select stores in the L.A. area to their partnership with the Dodgers.
