Ryanair sees jet fuel supply disruption from May if Middle East war continues

Ryanair CEO, Michael O'Neil, has warned that the Middle East war could disrupt jet fuel supply from May and possibly further in the future. The International Air Transport Association (IATA) estimates that around 25 to 30% of Europe's jet fuel demand originates from the Persian Gulf, which is considered one of the most vulnerable areas to impact on supply from the U.S.-Israeli war. O'Neal stated that while the airline has not cut any flights due to its secure fuel supply, the risk of significant increases in ticket prices remains.
