The panel also discussed the “mass class divide”, which is now the widest it has been in decades, with artificial intelligence poised to deepen it. The challenge for leaders is to define a sense of shared identity, with Walker suggesting that being seen as competent and ethical isn't enough, but authentic. He also highlighted the need for action beyond "talk" to build trust, with Miller suggesting that AI could democratize access to expertise but it will be hard to come back from if left to free markets.
