The move is part of a larger effort to address the issue of TSA and Homeland Security funding, which has resulted in long queues at airports across America. Border Czar Tom Homan is deciding where to send the agents, stating that the priority is large airports where there are long wait. Meanwhile, Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport has seen no long lines.
