Suspect arrested in connection to Sunday homicide near Mueller

Police have arrested 37-year-old Clemente Garcia in connection to a Sunday homicide near Mueller, Texas, which they believe is the 16th homicide of the year. The suspect was arrested on suspicion of first-degree murder and is being held for unrelated reasons. Police found a man with injuries "incompatible with life" when they responded to reports of a disturbance.
