South Korean Prime Minister Kim Jong-un has stated that President Trump is open to talks with North Korea's leader, Kim described a 20-minute Oval Office meeting with him. The meeting could occur during a planned visit to China or afterwards, according to Kim. Kim also stated that he encouraged more contact with the North to keep any small openings alive.
