Public officials, developers kick off high-priced project in Historic Westside

The redevelopment of Marble Manor, a public housing complex dating back to the 1950s, is expected to cost up to $400 million. The project will involve public officials, developers, and Lewis Jordan, Executive Director of the Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority, who have been involved in the project. The public cost is estimated to be between $400 and $500 million. Despite a decrease in Realtor fees in Nevada despite slowed home sales, the housing market continues to grow.
