The California Highway Patrol attempted to stop the vehicle on the College Avenue on-ramp but the driver fled. Police say the driver caused multiple traffic collisions and created a dangerous public situation. The suspect was taken into custody by deputies from the Sonochen County Sheriff's Office and Santa Rosa Police.
