Anton Durant, 33, has been sentenced to 30 years to life for murdering three people in 2019 in Oakland, California. He was convicted of three counts of second degree murder and is now in North Kern State Prison. The crimes were allegedly committed against Gino Houchins, Marcus Fuller Jr., 29, and Dante Johnson, both of Oakland, on the night of the murders. Judge Scott Patton stayed two of the sentences, allowing Durant to avoid serving consecutive terms. The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation records indicate that Durant will be eligible for parole in 2039.
