Shawn Sullivan, a 40-year-old man from Tynsborough, is facing murder charges after human remains were found under his garage. The remains are believed to belong to a Lowell woman who has been missing for over a year. A friend of Sullivan's reported him to New Hampshire police that he had confessed to killing her and buried her under the garage floor. Sullivan and Kloppenburg were friends and had been in his home and together at the time of her disappearance. The cause of death and identification of the remains are currently being investigated.
