A study by iSeeCars has revealed that the average new vehicle will lose 41.8% of its original value over five years, compared to 34.2% for other vehicle segments. While the Ford F-150 and Ram 1500 lose higher percentages of their sticker price than the segment average, the study found that the highest five-year depreciation rate is the Chevrolet Silverado 1500.
