The Indiana State Police has confirmed that 18-year-old motorcyclist Christopher Davis was killed in a motorcycle crash on Interstate 74 in Dearborn County. The crash occurred at approximately 7:45 a.m. near the 170-mile marker of the interstate, which is located near the Ohio-Indiana border. Davis was transported to University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he was later pronounced dead due to his injuries. The driver of the pickup truck, identified as a 30-years-old man from Arizona, was not injured in the crash. The preliminary investigation suggests that Davis was traveling well in excess of the posted speed limit when the crash occurred.
