Police investigate double shooting in Hartford

Two men were shot in the head in Hartford, Connecticut, and taken to the hospital with injuries. The shooting occurred near the intersection of Prospect Street and Sampson Avenue. The Major Crimes and Crime Scene divisions are investigating the incident. The police are asking for any information regarding the shooting.
