Columbus Zoo humanely euthanizes beloved cheetah following kidney complications

The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium has euthanized a cheetah named "Bibi" after a battle with kidney failure. Bibi's contributions to wildlife conservation were instrumental in advancing the species' understanding and helping to create a world-first achievement in 2020. The zoo also revealed that Bibi was the biological mother of two of the first cheetahs ever conceived through in vitro fertilization.
