Alameda County prosecutors have reached a plea deal with Angela Onduto, who they allege drowned her newborn daughter on the day she was born in 2009. Ondutut, 47, will be sentenced to six years in prison, with five more left to serve behind bars. She was identified through a DNA test after a police investigation using the genealogy technique used to identify her as a suspect. She will remain free until her formal sentencing on June 16 in Dublin.
