Travis W. Juhr, a 41-year-old Portland man, was arrested moments after he pleaded not guilty to two counts of threatening threats online. The charges stem from a Feb. 3 call about vandalism near the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement building in South Waterfront neighborhood. He was then booked into the Multnomah County Detention Center and faces a separate hold out of Washington County that carries a $100,000 bail. The court has since tightened its security procedures and requires cell phones to be turned off in courtrooms.
