Steven Lantigua, a hard-working 18-year-old food deliveryman, was shot in the chest near Drew St. and Linden Blvd. in East New York on April 10. The victim was trying to upgrade from his scooter to a car when he purchased the car, but the car he bought didn't work. He had tried to return the car and get his money back five times but the seller refused. Lantegua was shot two miles from his home when he was shot. No arrests have been made.
