Airports finally approaching normal after Trump issues order to pay TSA agents

President Trump has ordered the Treasury Department (TSA) to pay TSA agents with existing homeland funds following a period of uncertainty over the agency's funding. This follows weeks of chaos at airports across the country, with TSA agents going without pay due to ongoing Congressional funding disputes. The White House border czar, Tom Homan, stated that more ICE agents are expected to complete training and be on the job soon. The Senate agreed to pass funding for most of the Homeland Security Department, leaving out ICE funding, but House members balked at passing their own version of stop-gap funding for the entire Homeland Security department.
