The man accused of killing a police officer had been on electronic monitoring for an alleged carjacking but his device failed to transmit. A GoFundMe page has been set up for the family of a school security guard who officials believe was a hero. A 911 call from a woman claiming that the man found her saved her and her unborn child's life also occurred.
