Weather Alert: High Winds

The National Weather Service has issued a High Wind Warning for the I-25 corridor, Eastern Plains, and portions of the High Country, with sustained winds of 30 to 40 mph and a gust of up to 65 mph possible. The San Luis Valley is under a Red Flag Warning due to dry and breezy conditions, with gusts up to 55 mph predicted. Despite this, temperatures will increase to 50s for Southern Colorado on Monday and temperatures will rise to 70s on Tuesday. The weather will continue to be unsettled throughout the week.
